YOU CAN HELP US HELP HAITI’S CHILDREN!

Our Mission
WITH A DOLLAR A DAY
You can sponsor a child (2 years old and up) in Haiti
which will protect them from being victimized by
human trafficking, which is very common for
children not in school.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS
Professionals and volunteers of all backgrounds are welcome to donate time and resources to help build and repair schools, homes, orphanages, and animal stables, as well as attend to the health and well being of Haiti’s children.
THE CHALLENGE
Civil war, natural disasters, and other tragedies have ravaged Haiti leaving many children homeless and exposed to child trafficking, child prostitution, and child enslavement. Schools, homes, and orphanages have been critically damaged or destroyed. Some have tried leaving Haiti to find a new life, but few are lucky enough to have the means to do so. Instead, they are desperately trying to make the most of what little they have to survive.

THE SOLUTIONS
Education
90% of schools in Haiti are privatized and are now considered a luxury. In a country where the average income is $2/day, it is hard to both work and attend school. Clermont Care Center helps keep kids in school through education projects and funding building schools, provisions of school supplies, and school meals.

Mentorship
Clermont Care Center helps empower non-adopted young adults (14 years and up) who have out-grown the orphanage or have escaped trauma from being trafficked to learn life skills, self-reliance, and vocational skills.
