Carmel Clermont - Project Director (Full-Time Volunteer)
Carmel Clermont is responsible for hiring project staff, overseeing project developments and operations, establishing and maintaining links with local government agencies, and budget.
Eliza Hayden - Secretary (Part-Time Volunteer)
Eliza Hayden is responsible for managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms. Filling and updating contact information of sponsors, beneficiaries, services, suppliers, and external partners. Supporting and facilitating the completion of regular reports. Developing and maintaining a filing system. Checking frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders. Making travel arrangements. Documenting expenses and hand in reports. Undertaking occasional receptionist duties.
Kirk Napoleon - Full Time Director
overseeing project development and operation, establishing and maintaining links with local government agencies, and budget.Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
Samuel Clermont - Social Services
Responsible to show empathy, flexibility, and respect to different circumstances. to aid with issues directly caused by trauma, disability, poor family circumstances, abuse, mental and emotional problems, chronic, or terminal illnesses.These services include advising family caregivers, providing patient education and counseling, and making referrals to other services, case management interventions, planning hospital discharge, and organizing support groups. Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patients’ medical or physical condition and to assess client needs.
Kristen Rhodes - Director (Part-Time Volunteer)
Kristen Rhodes is responsible for overseeing project developments and operations, establishing and maintaining links with local government agencies, and budget.
Rebecca Guiminez - Fundraising Coordinator (Full-Time Volunteer)
Rebecca Guiminez is responsible for establishing the Community Center, developing working relationships with formal and informal community leaders, establishing links to community women’s organizations, and scheduling of Center programs.

Professionals and volunteers of all backgrounds are welcome to donate time and resources to help build and repair schools, homes, orphanages, and animal stables, as well as attend to the health and well being of Haiti’s children.
